10 Easy lifestyle changes to get a little healthier


1 Swap out your drinks for tea and water green tea is good for boosting your metabolism

2 Water and lemon first thing

3 Walk more- get of the bus one stop earlier etc. 

4 Meal plan

5 Have easy access healthy snacks e.g pre cut fruit, apples already washed etc.

6 Don't shop when you're hungry

7 Also chewing mint flavoured gum while you're shopping is meant to make you less likely to stock up on junk 

8 Don't keep unhealthy snacks in the house if possible

9 Go to sleep for 8 hours and try and have a regular sleep schedule

10 Do squats while you're brushing your teeth-it makes time go faster
