Paris// Where we stayed: Hotel Belloy St Germain

Paris where we stayed

For my first time in Paris, we stayed in an amazing hotel called the Hotel Belloy Saint Germain. It was our birthday treat so it was a pretty fancy hotel- as soon as we walked in we were offered free macaroons(!!) , free coffee and there was free champagne every day at 5pm(!). But apart from the treats, the breakfast there was really nice, the staff were soo helpful and friendly, and spoke English as well as French. The location, right in the Latin Quarter, was perfect for exploring Paris.

Our rooms were nice and cozy, with ensuite~

We were on the fourth floor and the view from mine and Lizzie's room was exactly the 'Paris view' I wanted! The hotel is super close to Boulevard Saint-Germaine, but it's tucked away on a little side street so it wasn't too noisy at night.

Breakfast there was really nice too- it was a continental- style breakfast, but there were so many things to choose from including pancakes, cheese, tonnes of fruit, and of course, yummy French bread!

They seriously had a whole plate of Macarons on the front desk <3

Overall it was such a fancy hotel but it felt really cozy and welcoming at the same time- if you're off to Paris and are looking for a treat, I'd totally recommend it :)
