Remember back in the day when CandyflossOverkill used to be a fashion blog? Well, it was one of my resolutions for this blog in 2016 to get back into fashion posts. So without further ado, here's one with my blonde hair from last year. I am already missing my blonde hair since I dyed it pink a few months ago... talk about the grass is always greener on the other side!
So anyway, here's the ever present vintage oversized checked shirt (luckily. checks and plaid have been really fashionable here this winter. Or rather, plaid is just a worldwide winter staple.
I paired it with my 'so badly needs replacing' ripped Forever 21 tube skirt and ripped tights and a choker for the extra grunge appeal. To combat that, I decided to debut my new "Hikonyan" (the samurai cat mascot of Hikone Castle) socks with my clear Jellies.
The jellies in particular always seem to confuse and amaze my fellow international students. Please tell me that jellies aren't just a British thing?
